These gatherings are designed to cultivate genuine pastoral friendships through fellowship, worship, and rich biblical teaching that help us walk in humility, honesty, honor, and health in the work of pastoral ministry, and to spur one another on toward faithful and flourishing ministry to Christ’s Church for the glory of God and the good of our neighbors.

Pastor H.B. Charles Jr. will be our special guest for this TGC Orlando Regional Pastors Gathering. He serves as Pastor-Teacher of the Shiloh Metropolitan Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Florida, is a respected conference speaker and expositor, and has faithfully served in pastoral ministry for decades, encouraging pastors and churches through his preaching, writing, and leadership. He will offer biblical encouragement for persevering in ministry, emphasizing the sustaining centrality of God’s Word, prayer, and personal holiness in the life of a faithful shepherd.
