We gather regularly for encouragement and prayer towards the end of cultivating spiritual friendships, vibrant prayer, and faithful ministry. In most gatherings we include time for both informal conversation and teaching and/or discussion on a theme or topic.

These gatherings are designed to cultivate genuine pastoral friendships through fellowship, worship, and rich biblical teaching that help us walk in humility, honesty, honor, and health in the work of pastoral ministry, and to spur one another on toward faithful and flourishing service for the glory of God and the good of our neighbors.
Pastor José Abella will be our special guest for this TGC Orlando Regional Pastors Gathering. He serves as the Vice President of SEND Network Español at the North American Mission Board, where he leads initiatives to advance church planting efforts among Spanish-speaking communities throughout North America. José also serves as the Lead Pastor of Providence Road Church in Miami, Florida, a church he planted 14 years ago with a focus on raising up leaders to plant churches. Under his leadership, Providence Road Church has planted 5 churches, come alongside another 16 church plants, and hosts a Send Network Español church planting residency program.
Pastor José will be bringing biblical encouragement on the necessity of biblical and deep unity among local churches, and the gospel fruit such unity brings to pastoral relationships, relationships within our churches, our witness in our communities and cities, and the flourishing mission of kingdom advancement.
Please make time to join us for an extended time of fellowship over lunch at a nearby restaurant following the gathering.

We are thrilled to host our 4th Annual Men’s Workshop, featuring Pastor Samuel Emadi.
Samuel Emadi serves as the senior pastor of Hunsinger Lane Baptist Church in Louisville, Kentucky. He is also an editor for 9Marks, cohost of the Bible Talk podcast, and author of several books, including What Should I Do Now That I’m a Christian?, Who’s in Charge of the Church?, and From Prisoner to Prince: The Joseph Story in Biblical Theology. Pastor Sam is known for his faithful work in biblical theology, the local church, discipleship, and helping Christians see how all of Scripture points us to Christ.
This year’s focus is Biblical Friendship and Brotherhood.
In a world filled with isolation, surface-level connection, spiritual passivity, and hidden struggles, men desperately need the kind of brotherhood God designed. From the beginning, God declared that it was not good for man to be alone. Men were not created to follow Christ in isolation, fight sin in isolation, carry burdens in isolation, or lead their homes and churches in isolation.
Biblical friendship is not casual companionship. It is covenantal, Christ-centered brotherhood. It is the kind of friendship that sharpens, strengthens, corrects, encourages, and helps men endure faithfully to the end. Scripture tells us that “iron sharpens iron,” that a brother is born for adversity, and that faithful wounds from a friend are better than empty flattery. The Christian life is a shared life. We need brothers who will help us see Christ more clearly, fight sin more seriously, love our families more faithfully, serve the church more humbly, and finish the race with joy.
This workshop is for all men who desire to grow in Christ, deepen faithful friendships, and recover a biblical vision for brotherhood. Fathers, we especially encourage you to invite your sons. Bring them with you. Let them see men gathered around the Word, pursuing Christ, strengthening one another, and learning what it means to walk faithfully as brothers in the household of God.
Over two powerful days, Pastor Sam will help us:
Join men from churches across Central Florida for a time of teaching, worship, fellowship, discussion, and encouragement.
